As Kaposia's Chief Executive Officer, Jackie Mlynarczyk oversees 75 employees and an annual budget of four million dollars. Mlynarczyk is the former Chair of the Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities. She is active in the Ramsey County Workforce Investment Board, The Executive Group, the Minnesota Habilitation Coalition, and the Minnesota and National Associations for Persons in Supported Employment. In her 33 years at Kaposia, Mlynarczyk has received many awards from business, trade, and consumer organizations, and enjoys a national reputation as a leader in supported employment.

     Peyer is Kaposia's Director of Human Resources. Patti has held her current position since 1987, although she has worked on behalf of persons with disabilities for 29 years. Patti provides consultation and training in all areas of Human Resources. She also oversees office administration and facilities management. She has been involved in the Twin Cities Human Resources Association for nine years.

     As the Human Resources Assistant for Kaposia, Ring is charged with employee recruitment and orientation, computer training and support, as well as administration of the company's computer networks. She began her long-time career in human services in direct service and advocacy for people with developmental disabilities.

     Jon Alexander, Director of Operations, directs the delivery of services for 250 people with disabilities and other challenges. Throughout his career, Alexander has been a leader in the creation and implementation of innovative programs and methodology to promote competitive, integrated employment. 

    Malmgren manages the financial affairs of Kaposia. She has nearly 20 years of experience in nonprofit financial management in a variety of organizations. She is committed to lending her financial and management expertise to benefit those in our community most in need of support.

    Janelle Schaack has worked in human services for 22 years and is the Retirement Services Coordinator at Kaposia. Schaack oversees person-centered planning, delivery of services, and community partnerships as seniors move from employment to leisure or volunteer opportunities.

     Carol Rydell brings 30 years of experience as a teacher, advocate and consultant to her role as Service Development Coordinator. In addition to serving Kaposia since 1994 by developing new services and promoting continuous quality improvement, she is responsible for the company's highly successful welfare-to-work initiative.

     Heidi Maghan, a Hennepin County native, brings with her 23 years of experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities and is currently the Hennepin Services Coordinator. Maghan oversees intake and delivery of services and community partnerships for individuals seeking employment or recreation/leisure opportunities in the Hennepin County area. She is a leader in working with individuals for whom employment and community integration has been more challenging. She has a history of being creative in developing opportunities for those she serves.
