Full-Time Employees
Benefit/Compensation Package
Wage:  Commensurate with experience and education.
HEALTH INSURANCE:  Plan - Medica Elect or Medica Choice Select or Medica Essential. Monthly employee contribution. Section 125 Flex Compensation Plan also available for having pre-tax dollars deducted for insurance premium payments, medical or dependent care expenses.
DENTAL INSURANCE:  Plan - Delta Dental - Delta Preferred Option or Delta Premier. 100% employer paid for single coverage.
LIFE INSURANCE:  Plan - UNUM Insurance. One times annual salary; 100% employer paid for single coverage.
ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT POLICY:  Plan - UNUM Insurance. 100% employer paid for single coverage.
LONG TERM DISABILITY:  Plan - UNUM Insurance. 100% employer paid.
PERSONAL TIME OFF:  15 days/10 hours per month in the first year. Amount increases based on years of service.
HOLIDAYS:  7 paid holidays during a calendar year.
SHORT TERM LEAVE BANK:  8 hours per calendar quarter.
401K PLAN:  Kaposia, inc. may elect to match a portion of the employee's contribution.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM:  Confidential telephone counseling and referral service.
EDUCATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM:  After being employed one year and if funding permits, Kaposia, inc. will pay up to two-thirds the cost of tuition and required fees for an employee to take classes or courses of study intended to improve or expand the employee's ability to perform his/her job.
TRAINING and PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT:  Individualized training programs with a minimum of 20 hours of paid training per year.
PERFORMANCE FEEDBACK:  Annual appraisals and regular reviews of performance.
INCREASES:  Wages are reviewed on an annual basis and determined by budget, performance, time since last increase and current comp-ratio factor.
