| Specific Job Duties: |
Train, support and supervise 6-7 individuals with developmental disabilities in hotel housekeeping duties as needed to meet company standards.
|
Plan and provide support for community activities when work is not available. |
Provide transportation as needed. |
Provide medication assistance. |
Develop and implement all case management functions for those you supervise. |
Participate in all required service team meetings and other meetings. |
| Desired Skills & Qualifications: |
2 or 4 yr. degree in a human service field and one year of full time work experience with persons with DD is preferred.
|
Must be very flexible, able to perform the physical functions of the job, willing to learn and use the computer network.
|
Must have the ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing and be adept at interpreting written material.
|
Must maintain First aid/CPR certification, vehicle and valid license required.
|

Strong verbal and writing skills needed.
|
| Hours: Monday-Friday, approx. 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., must be flexible to attend meetings and training as required beyond regular work hours. |
