Job Title: Team Leader |
| Job Location: Ramsey Employment Services; or Retirement Services, or Hennepin Services. |
| Specific Job Duties: |
Assess, train, supervise, and support individuals at various service sites.
|
Provide backup support at 8 to 10 sites in the absence of the regular employee within the designated service team.
|
Work with the Service Coordinator to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate services to assure successful business results are achieved.
|
Develop and oversee business and community partnerships, volunteerism, and other service strategies to meet desired results.
|
Establish effective business partnerships with employers and co-workers, family members, funding agencies and residential personnel.
|
Provide training and act as a mentor to other employees.
|
Assure the mission, vision, principles and business standards of the company are met.
|
| Desired Skills and Qualifications: |
Designated Coordinator designation is required and includes any of the following: o Four-year degree in a field related to service provision, and one year work experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or related conditions is preferred; or o Two-year degree in a field related to service provision, and two years of work experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or related conditions; or o Diploma in community-based developmental disability services from an accredited post-secondary institution and two years of work experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or related conditions

| Hours: Monday-Friday, day time hours, Starting times will vary depending on assigned backup support need on a given day of week. Must be flexible to attend meetings and training as required beyond regular work hours. |
| Compensation and Benefits: (range: $12.45 -$15.56) depending upon education, skills and experience. Full-benefit package available after completing 2 full-months of employment.
